Your first appointment

Once you book your appointment you will receive an email with all of your appointment information. Please ensure we have received your referral.  Closer to your appointment you will receive an sms link to fill in some questionnaires. We appreciate your time in completing this, as it will give us a guide to the severity of your symptoms. 

We kindly ask to please arrive a few minutes early before your initial appointment to complete our registration paperwork.

 On the day, please bring to your appointment:

• Medicare card
• Private health insurance details
• TAC or Workcover details (including claim number and approval confirmation)
• Health care card or DVA card
• Any reports from other specialists
• List of your current medications and any relevant paperwork regarding medical history

We pride on being punctual, however, medical emergencies, urgent surgery or unexpected medical needs may cause unexpected delays to your consultation. We appreciate your understanding. All initial consultations are allocated 20 minutes, and all review appointments are allocated 10 minutes.  Please allow up to one hour for your appointment.
